1. Services Provided
Tokyo Project Pty Ltd provides automotive sales, vehicle sourcing, financing assistance, and maintenance services. All vehicle listings are subject to prior sale and availability.
2. Pricing and Payments
Accuracy: While we strive for precision, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies.
Deposits: A holding deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable to cover administrative and "off-market" costs.
Fees: Prices listed generally exclude statutory government charges (e.g., Stamp Duty and Registration) unless marked as "Drive Away."
3. Test Drives and Liability
To participate in a test drive, you must:
Hold a valid and current Driver’s License (International licenses must be accompanied by a translation if required).
Agree to be liable for any traffic infringements, tolls, or fines incurred during the drive.
Acknowledge that Tokyo Project Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse a test drive for any safety or insurance-related reason.
4. Vehicle Warranty & Representations
New/Used Vehicles: Statutory warranties apply as per local consumer law.
"As-Is" Sales: Certain performance or modified vehicles may be sold "as-is" or for "track use only," which will be explicitly noted in the Bill of Sale.
Inspections: We encourage independent mechanical inspections prior to purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokyo Project Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our total liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods or the cost of the services provided.
6. User Conduct & Digital Content
All content on our website, including logos, photography of vehicles, and text, is the intellectual property of Tokyo Project Pty Ltd. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without written consent.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tokyo Project Pty Ltd is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
